The consecrated Thaai Mann is a consecrated earth mixture prepared under the guidance of Sadhguru. The use of Thaai Mann strengthens the connection to the earth and can have great benefits. It contains earth, mung bean flour, raw camphor, vibhuti and shikakai.

Prithvi, Bhoomi, or Earth, is the first element among the Pancha Bhutas, or five elements. Maintaining a connection to the ground is known to keep the system stable and increase our ability to rejuvenate.

Application:

• Mix Thaai Mann with enough water to make a paste with the desired consistency.
• The best way to use Thaai Mann is to apply it to your body and perform a sadhana.
• After the sadhana is over, take a soap-free shower.
• Avoid using creams, oils, and other body products for at least 2-3 hours after showering. This allows the body to breathe.
• If sadhana time is limited, it is important to apply it before sadhana on the soles of the feet, hands, around the navel, on the Anahata (the point where the chest meets), on the bottom of the throat, or all over the body. in the throat and between the eyebrows or all over the forehead or face, depending on your preference.
• It is recommended that the minimum application of Thaai Mann be done head to toe for at least one day in each moon cycle. This means that you apply it once every 14-15 days. Keep it on your body for 2-3 hours before washing it off.
