How to wear it?

Women should wear on the left wrist, men on the right.

It should be worn for a minimum of 40 days.

It can be removed by untying and burying or burning (please do not cut).

You can also bury the sutra in wet ground or burn it and place the ashes from the Vishudhi chakra (bottom of the throat) to the anahata chakra (just below the sternum).
